Port Dover

Port Dover, just one hour from Hamilton, two hours from Toronto is located on the Gold Coast of Lake Erie.  Many retirees have made this eclectic beach town their full time residence and tourists visit for the sandy beach, variety of restaurants and cafes, boutiques and shops, single day motorcycle rally on Friday the 13th, the Live Theatre and a stroll on the pier to watch the fishing tugs come in with their daily catch.

Port Dover is active all year round. Santa and his entourage even arrive via fishing tug to celebrate Port Dover's Christmas fest followed by the popular Polar Bear Dip on New Year's day.
